The New Gen-Y 4,000kg Adjustable Torsion Drop Hitch has a 2″ receiver and is rated for 4,000KG towing and a 400kg tongue weight.

The Torsion Drop Hitch is the best hitch for Australian-delivered vehicles like Landcruisers, Patrols and 4x4 utes, giving the ultimate control and safety while towing.

It will adapt to any bumper style trailer on the market including pintle style couplings. Precision Milled and Drilled. Easy One Pin Adjustment.

No airbag to maintain, no bearings to crush or wear out, virtually maintenance free. Built-in mechanical Tongue Weight Scale for balanced safe loading.

Safety With Rubber Torsion Hitches only 10% of the trailer inertia transfers compared to 100% using a hard connection hitch giving you the ultimate control.

The tow vehicle and trailer track independently giving you greater control and added safety, virtually eliminating all sway.

Greatly increased breaking control since all the weight on the tow vehicle and trailer is distributed evenly giving you increased positive contact when breaking and manoeuvring.

Safeguards against uncontrollable road conditions bumps, potholes, expansion joins, curves, hills, and other drivers can be a hazard, keeps you under control when confronted with these conditions. Saves fuel costs and tyre wear.

The 90% smoother ride allows you to glide instead of bounce increasing fuel savings. Saves you money reducing trailer and content fatigue. Metal fatigue caused by traditional towing results in your trailer and its contents taking a beating.

Reduces driver fatigue to help ensure everyone (family, friends, pets, horses, and livestock) arrives alive.

*** You should never exceed recommended capacity on any trailer tow coupling or vehicle receiver hitch ***

Torsion hitches require some initial towing for a few hundred kilometres with a load to properly adjust the torsion rubbers for their intended flexibility. During assembly, we freeze the torsion rubbers to fit them into the housing. This initial towing period helps them settle in and start functioning as expected.

Locating pin holes may have a 5mm positioning tolerance. All hitches may not be exact in measurements.
